Um junmai ginjo elaborado com arroz Hitogokochi polido a 59%, retirado como corte central (nakadori) e engarrafado sem filtração, sem pasteurização e sem diluição. O estilo apresenta aroma fresco e elegante com doçura frutada e textura suculenta, com amargor de matiz cítrico que acrescenta profundidade no meio do paladar. Produzido em pequenas quantidades nesta kura de Obuse-machi, Nagano.
