Tamanoharu Daiginjo é a principal expressão daiginjo da Fábrica Tamanoharu da Iwate Meijyo, na Prefeitura de Iwate, produzido com arroz polido a pelo menos 50%. Uma pequena adição de álcool de fermentação destilado é utilizada no estilo daiginjo para aumentar a volatilidade aromática e alcançar a leveza característica deste grau premium. A marca Tamanoharu aproveita o clima frio e a água pura das montanhas de Iwate para criar um sake de elegância refinada.
