Elaborado nesta kura de longa tradição em Aizu Wakamatsu, Fukushima, este sake ginjo-grade nama (não pasteurizado) é produzido com polimento de 60%, utilizando água local de Aizu e levedura de Fukushima. O formato não pasteurizado preserva um caráter fresco junto à suave riqueza de arroz típica dos sakes de Aizu. Aromáticos leves de ginjo acompanham uma textura suave e arredondada na boca.
