This unpasteurized summer junmai shows aromas of snowmelt, kumquat, pear, melon and lemongrass. At a lower 14 percent ABV, it drinks plush and round with a semi sweet, semi dry balance, offering flavors of honeydew, pear, grape and mineral through a smooth, elegant finish.
