Description
Hyogo Kita Nishiki e Yamada Nishiki, ambos cultivados nos próprios campos livres de agroquímicos da cervejaria, são usados neste Honjozo genshu cru e não diluído. O arroz produzido na própria fazenda e a água de nascente extraída de um poço no local da cervejaria de Akashi combinam-se com uma fermentação cuidadosa em baixas temperaturas, conferindo ao sake umami denso e um final seco e assertivo.
