Elaborado em 2015 e envelhecido em garrafa na kura desde então, este sake de longa guarda possui sabor rico e uma textura de beberagem agradável. Produzido com arroz Koshihikari da Prefeitura de Fukui, cultivado de forma especial e polido a 50%, é um sake que continua a evoluir com o tempo. Excelente puro, com pedras, gelado ou quente.
