Este Honjozo é cultivado no clima de Kyushu e possui um sabor rico, relaxante e encorpado. O arroz Yume Ikkon, adequado para a produção de sake, é polido a 70% e cuidadosamente fermentado com água subterrânea do Rio Yabe, em Chikugo, Kyushu.
