Elaborado com Yamada Nishiki da Prefeitura de Hyogo, polido pelo próprio arroz e fermentado cuidadosamente a baixa temperatura para extrair aroma e sabor refinados do núcleo do grão. O uso do Yamada Nishiki resulta em um sake com núcleo firme e qualidade suave e encorpada com sabor de arroz bem presente. Daiginjo com taxa de polimento de 50%, mas com uma relação qualidade-preço notável.
