Junmai Daiginjo Miyanomatsu é um daiginjo puro de arroz da Matsuoshuzojo, na Prefeitura de Saga, combinando os padrões premium de polimento e fermentação do daiginjo com a pureza sem aditivos da classificação junmai. A água suave de Saga, extraída dos aquíferos subterrâneos do terreno vulcânico de Kyushu, contribui para a textura delicada e suave característica do rótulo Miyanomatsu. A ausência de álcool destilado adicionado permite que o caráter inerente do arroz se expresse plenamente dentro do refinado arcabouço aromático daiginjo.
