Description

O arroz Hitomebore de Miyagi é polido a 65% para este honjozo, produzido em uma cervejaria de Shiroishi fundada em 1873 ao sopé da serra Zao, utilizando água subterrânea extraída a 50 metros de profundidade. A água suave e de baixa mineralidade confere transparência e sabor limpo ao sake. A Zao Shuzo acumulou mais de 33 medalhas de ouro no National New Sake Competition ao longo de sua história.
