Arroz Gohyakumangoku da região de Eiheiji, na Prefeitura de Fukui, polido a 55%, é a base deste junmai ginjo produzido pela cervejaria Yoshida, em sua sétima geração, em Fukui. Notas frutadas que lembram melão e um paladar limpo com toque mineral caracterizam este sake, que conquistou medalhas de ouro no concurso SAKE ASTER na França e no London Sake Challenge.
