Armazenado e expedido em temperaturas abaixo de zero, o Hyotambin da Hakkaisan chega ao consumidor exatamente como o produtor pretendia: fresco, vibrante e intacto pelo tempo. Polido a 50% com arroz Yamada Nishiki e Miyama Nishiki e elaborado com a água pura do degelo das montanhas Hakkai na região de Uonuma, em Niigata, é uma expressão precisa e contida do estilo clássico de Niigata. No nariz, aromas discretos de madressilva e frutas de pomar precedem um palato seco e leve, com textura cremosa de melão, suave cítrico e um longo final mineral que persiste tranquilamente a cada gole.
