Goshun Daiginjo é a expressão premium da Goshun em Ikeda City, Osaka, uma cidade com antiga tradição cervejeira que rivalizava com Nada e Itami no período Edo. A cervejaria leva o nome de Matsumura Goshun (1752-1811), o pintor nascido em Ikeda que fundou a escola Shijo, e o daiginjo carrega esse refinamento artístico por meio de uma fermentação fria meticulosa.
