Arroz Gohyakumangoku e Koshiibuki, ambos polidos a 70%, são fermentados com água de nascente pura extraída do sopé do Monte Fuji neste honjozo de Fujinomiya, Shizuoka. Fundada em 1743, a cervejaria utiliza água subterrânea que flui o ano inteiro a aproximadamente 13 graus Celsius, produzindo um honjozo silenciosamente limpo e de fácil consumo.
