Daiginjo genshu da linha Echizenmisaki, obtido pelo método shizuku de sacos suspensos e envelhecido em baixa temperatura por pelo menos um ano. A Tanabe Shuzo conquistou seis medalhas de ouro consecutivas no Concurso Nacional de Sake Novo com este estilo, utilizando Yamada Nishiki e água da cordilheira Hakusan.
