Fundada em 1890, esta vencedora da Medalha de Ouro no Concurso Nacional de Novos Sakes (3 consecutivas, 2017-2019) utiliza absorção de água zaru-gaeshi e cozimento a vapor tradicional para o estilo Niigata limpo e suave.
