Daiginjoshu Taiheijin é um sake daiginjo premium da Machidashuzouten, na Prefeitura de Gunma, produzido com arroz polido a pelo menos 50% e fermentado por métodos cuidadosos de baixa temperatura que definem a categoria daiginjo. Gunma é uma prefeitura interiorana na região de Kanto, cujas kuras utilizam água suave de degelo das montanhas ao redor para produzir sake limpo e perfumado. Esta expressão representa o mais alto nível da marca Taiheijin da Machidashuzouten, apresentando o artesanato da kura na produção de sake aromático.
