Daiginjo envelhecido quinze anos em caverna da Shimazaki Shuzo em Nasu Karasuyama, Tochigi, elaborado com Yamada Nishiki polido a 40%. Armazenado na caverna subterrânea de origem da Segunda Guerra Mundial da cervejaria a cerca de 10 graus Celsius, o envelhecimento prolongado por quinze anos aprofunda a doçura de mel, a especiaria suave e a textura sedosa que definem a série Hizo, resultando em um sake de integração e complexidade excepcionais.
