O primeiro vintage do Gunma Toumou Terroir, elaborado com Gohyakumangoku colhido em lote único em Meiwa, distrito de Ora, Gunma, com polimento a 55%. Fermentado na Shimizuya Shuzo em lotes de 600 kg com fermentação prolongada em baixa temperatura, expressa o terroir das planícies do leste de Gunma por meio de alta acidez e frutas frescas e em evolução.
