Zuihou (Auspicious Phoenix) from Fujiichi Shuzou in Inazawa, Aichi, carries a classically auspicious name alongside the brewery's nationally recognized Kikutaka brand, both produced with Kiso River subsoil water at this 1870-founded Aichi brewery. Brewed under the legacy of toji Katsuaki Yamamoto's umami-focused, full-bodied brewing philosophy, it reflects the grounded, richly textured character that defines the house style.
