Description

An organic junmai hiyaoroshi genshu from Tochigi, made with organically grown Gohyakumangoku and Asahi no Yume rice at 68% polish. Autumn-matured aging brings a rounded, mellow character with a light amber tone and a caramel-like warmth that also shows well at warm temperatures.

Tentaka Shuzo Co.,Ltd

Tochigi
With the belief that good sake is a good raw material, we carefully select the most suitable rice varieties and production areas for Tenaka's sake brewing. Aiming for higher quality sake, in recent years, we have been working with a farmer who agree with Tenaka's thoughts, and has been working on brewing that is particular about rice building.
