Unfiltered, unpasteurized, undiluted sake using Gohyakumangoku rice, bottled as muroka nama genshu to preserve its raw intensity. Brewed by a Hyogo producer in Himeji, it retains the full concentration of freshly pressed sake with elevated alcohol and pronounced rice character.
