Yoshinogawa "Brewmaster Toji"

Roots stretching back roughly four hundred seventy years to Japan's Warring States period place this sake among the oldest ginjo brewing lineages in Niigata prefecture. Its name honors the toji, the master brewer responsible for guiding each batch through the traditional brewing process.
