Description
This junmai daiginjo shizukuzake from Maruo Honten is drip-pressed using the fukurozuri method, allowing the sake to fall freely from hanging cloth bags without any applied pressure. Bottled unfiltered and unpasteurized at full strength, it captures exceptional clarity and a delicate yet concentrated expression of Yamada Nishiki.

Kagawa
The use of wooden koshiki and Japanese kama will make it a good steamed rice, and it takes a lot of time and effort to handle rice handling, and takes the same time from Junmai Daiginjo to Junmai Sake. It is a liquor that does not use any non -filtered charcoal at all.
