Description
Yamagata Masamune Junmai Ginjo Akaiwaomachi is brewed by Mitobe Sake Brewery in Tendo, Yamagata, using the coveted Akaiwao machi rice variety. Since 1898, Mitobe has grown half its own sake rice and draws on mineral-rich water from the Ou Mountain range, producing sake with the sharp, clean finish that earns the brand its Masamune sword reputation.
