Kinjirushi is the standard-grade sake from the Hachimantai brewery, historically associated with the house style of rich, sweet depth achieved through the distinctive sweet-sake four-stage brewing (amazake yodan jikomi) method. Full-bodied sweetness and steady umami are its defining traits.
