Description

Dewa no Sato milled to 50% in a junmai daiginjo from Yonezawa, Yamagata, part of the limited Ura Gasanryu series. Bag-pressed without filtration, it draws on the high shinpaku rate of Dewa no Sato to produce elegant ginjo aromas and a clean, refined palate with pleasant acidity.
