Made with white rice that has been polished to 60% from the "Tsuyaotome" rice produced in Fukuoka Miyama. This was realized through joint development between JA Minami Chikugo and Kikubijin Sake Brewery. ``Tsuyaotome'', as the name suggests, is a specially cultivated rice that has a glossy luster and is certified by Fukuoka Eco Agricultural Products. The result is pure rice sake with the flavor and richness of rice. Please enjoy our special pure rice sake brewed with rice, water, and techniques from Fukuoka Miyama.
