Polished to 40% Yamada Nishiki, a rice suitable for sake brewing from Fukuoka Prefecture. This Junmai Daiginjo sake is brewed through slow fermentation, and only the drops that drip from the sake bag are collected in a container and stored at a low temperature. It has been created to have a deep taste that harmonizes the calming ginjo aroma and the flavor of rice.
