Description

Made using the traditional kimoto method with rice milled to 39 percent and produced without refrigeration, this junmai genshu carries aged, umami rich aromas of caramel, butterscotch, cashew and dark chocolate. It drinks smooth, dense and dry, with layered flavors of warm honey, cocoa powder, shiitake and miso building to a white pepper finish.
