Tsukinoi Ginjo is the entry-level ginjo expression from KK Tsukinoishuzouten in Ibaraki, brewed with rice polished to 60% or below with a small addition of distilled brewer's alcohol to enhance aroma and lighten the body. The ginjo fermentation process at cool temperatures develops fruity, delicate aromas alongside a clean, refreshing palate.
