Matsuyama Mii rice polished to 65% is used in this sparkling sake from Kochi Prefecture's most award-winning brewery, which has earned gold medals at the National New Sake Competition 47 times, including 27 consecutive years. Bottled at 12% ABV with a sake meter value of +1, it is light and gently effervescent, neither strongly sweet nor dry.
