A Tokusen (specially selected) Junmai Ginjo from Kizakura, brewed in Fushimi, Kyoto, a district celebrated for its exceptionally soft, mineral-light water. Ginjo-grade polishing and all-rice fermentation produce a clean, fruity aroma with a smooth, rounded palate. The Fushimi terroir imparts the gentle sweetness and softness the region is known for.
