Tokusen Junmai Daiginjo Matsunomidori - Junmai Daiginjo sake from Yamamotohonke Co.,Ltd, Kyoto
Description

Tokusen Junmai Daiginjo Matsunomidori is a premium expression of the Matsunomidori sub-brand from the Fushimi Yamamoto Honke brewery, which holds the unique distinction of being the only sake officially named by the Grand Master of the Omotesenke tea school. The profile is calibrated for pairing with tea kaiseki, showing a gentle, noble ginjo fragrance and a slightly dry palate with a clean finish. Brewed with Fushimi's soft Shiragiku spring water, it uses rice milled to 50% and targets balance over impact.
