Tokusen Hyakushun is a specially selected (tokusen) expression of Kosaka Shuzojo's flagship Hyakushun label, classified as Tokubetsu Honjozo. Produced in Gifu's Mino region, this sake uses a carefully designated brewing method with brewer's alcohol to achieve a particularly polished and balanced character within the honjozo style.
