The watering water uses underground spring and Shimantogawa source. As a raw rice, we use sake brewing that is naturally grown naturally with traditional agricultural methods in the Yamada Nishiki and Shimanto River River.
In recent years, he has been focusing on making Ginjo sake by his own, and has been evaluated for receiving the National New Sake Appraisal Award and awarded the Shikoku Sake Appraisal Award.
