Tokubetsuhonjozo Tenryohomare uses Miyama Nishiki polished to 69% from Tenryouhomareshuzo in Nagano. Miyama Nishiki is Nagano's most widely grown sake rice; polished to near the tokubetsu threshold, this honjozo achieves a clean, refined grain character from the Tenryu River watershed.
