Tenryohomare Ginjonamachozozake is a cold-stored, unpasteurized ginjo using Nagano-grown rice polished to 55% from Tenryouhomareshuzo in Nagano. The namacho (cold-stored nama) method preserves the ginjo's fresh aromas through controlled refrigerated aging along the Tenryu River headwaters.
