Tenryohomare Ginjokarakuchi uses Hito Gokochi polished to 59% from Tenryouhomareshuzo in Nagano. Hito Gokochi is a Nagano-bred sake rice; the karakuchi (dry) ginjo delivers a sharp, clean finish suited to pairing with Nagano's mountain cuisine, using water from the Tenryu River headwaters.
