Yamada Nishiki polished to 60% is fermented into this tokubetsu honjozo from Nisshinshurui in Tokushima Prefecture. The Kurogaryu, meaning black crane dragon, name combines two auspicious symbols in the powerful identity of this Shikoku honjozo.
