From the brewery
Shikoku's only liquor manufacturer that deliveres a wide variety of products, such as shochu that makes use of local specialty products, liqueur, fruit sake, and Mirin Honmirin. The sake "Hisago Taiko" is brewed at the Awa no Sake Brewery Taiko Sake Brewery located in the Yoshino River basin, and is popular inside and outside the prefecture as a local sake that has won the 18th gold award at the National New Sake Appraisal. 。
