Tanaka Sake Brewing Co.,Ltd
Hokkaido
Tanaka Sake Brewery was born in 1899 in the city with the Otaru Canal. He has been in business for over a hundreds of years, and has continued to protect the Otaru local sake "Takaragawa". The raw rice used boasts "100 % Hokkaido". At the Kamekouzo in the manufacturing area, we use the cool climate of Hokkaido to prepare sake all year round. Anyone can visit at any time, and you can also tasting the sake and beverages you have produced. The main store is a wooden building built in 1927. The stores restored in the early Showa era have precious wooden signs, etc., so you can enjoy the good old days of liquor stores. (Hokkaido Sake Brewery Association)
