Toko Namachozoshu

🍶
Description

Toko Namachozoshu is a nama-chozo style sake, meaning it is stored unpasteurized and only pasteurized once before bottling. This single-pasteurization method preserves more of the fresh, lively qualities of the original ferment. From Yamagata's Kojima Sohonten, it offers a livelier texture than fully pasteurized counterparts.
