Brewed with Dewanosato rice, a variety closely associated with Yamagata Prefecture, this Junmai Ginjo genshu is bottled undiluted for a fuller, more concentrated flavor. The genshu classification means the sake retains its natural fermentation alcohol without water adjustment. It offers the rice-forward depth of Dewanosato alongside bright ginjo aromatics.
