
This brewed sake is brewed with Reiho rice grown in Saga prefecture with underground water from Mt. Tenzan. Raw storage sake is stored at a low temperature in the state of unpasteurized sake, and is heat-treated only once when it is bottled and shipped. It has a gentle aroma reminiscent of chestnuts and freshly-cooked rice, and a smooth and refreshing taste with the umami of rice.
