Description

Crafted as a warm weather sake, this junmai offers a clean, refreshing taste suited to shaded, hot afternoons. Despite its lighter profile, it retains classic umami balanced by a sweet citrus note and slight acidity reminiscent of summer oranges. Made from Dewa Sanzan rice polished to 60 percent, it is released as a limited seasonal edition from spring.
