A tokubetsu junmai kasumi (lightly cloudy) release from this Yokkaichi brewery, presenting the fresh, unfiltered character of the early pressing season. Brewed with Suzuka mountain spring water and locally grown sake rice using the same daiginjo-standard koji process applied across the brewery's entire range.
