Honjozo genshu (undiluted) from Igarashi Shuzo in Hanno, Saitama, under the Tenranzan label named after the peak where Emperor Meiji reviewed imperial troops in 1882. Direct-pressed (jikagumi) without dilution, it delivers a concentrated umami and clean, structured body suited to both chilled and warm serving.
