A honjozo made with Gohyakumangoku as the koji rice and locally grown Koshihikari as the auxiliary grain, polished to 65%. This is the flagship everyday expression of this northern Kyoto brewery, built around a rich, full-flavored style with deep rice character and good aging potential.
