Yamada Nishiki of Hyogo Prefecture's special A, which is used, is called the "King of Sake Rice", and is now a liquor -brewing rice that is located at the highest peak in sake rice. This sake, born from such sake rice, is one of the "poles" of Takarayama Sake Brewery.
